At Terra Beata Farms, quality and customer service are our top priorities. We are proud to be the first Nova Scotian producer of frozen cranberries to be registered with CFIA (as of May, 2006). Our on-farm commercial kitchen is also registered, so our cranberry products can make their way across Canada and beyond.

Frozen Cranberries, whole or sliced.

While the industry standard is a 40lb box, we pack and slice to your specifications. Call or e-mail with your packaging requirements, and we will be happy to put together a quote, from 100lb to a container full.

Cranberry Products

All of the products featured on the Gourmet Preserves page are popular with gift shops, farmer’s markets and alternative food stores. If you are a store owner looking for a proven line of cranberry products, call or e-mail for a wholesale price list. These items are also available in bulk for food service customers.

We co-pack, too. Contact us with your recipe or cranberry concept, and we will develop a product for your label to suit your price point.

Cranberry Vines

Every spring, we have a quantity of Stevens cranberry vines available for commercial plantings. Call or e-mail for current pricing and a list of past years’ customers as references.

Kosher

Due to customer requests, our frozen cranberries are now certified Kosher. More products will be certified by Fall 2008.
